Please make sure you know what type of pen you have. If you have a METAL pen, be sure to measure the ink that is in it now; there are two different sizes and they are NOT interchangeable. 

If you are unsure, please send me a picture of your pen and I will help you.

I am not responsible if you order the incorrect type and there will not be refunds given.

RETURN & REFUND

Since these items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If something happens to your order during shipping, please email me photos of packaging and item/s and we will figure out where to go from there. Damaged merchandise must be reported within FIVE days of delivery. After this five day period, claims will not be honored. Damaged merchandise may only be exchanged for the exact same item. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections are NOT considered flaws. Variation in material, production equipment and heating are acceptable industry standards and are not considered damaged.

SHIPPING INFO

Once your order in the hands of the delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) I am NOT responsible for it anymore. Things happen, I highly recommend you do not opt out of the shipping insurance.
